The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranged a taxi for us. The breakfast had wholemeal toast and real butter, a nice touch. The location was convenient, near the famous cemetery.

We stayed at this place and had a great experience! The location in Recoleta was perfect, as it was in a very good area of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The room amenities were fantastic, including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The room itself was comfortable and had a nice sitting area. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. We were impressed with the buffet breakfast, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the reliable and efficient A/C. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome.
